All Sales Final – Stickers

All sticker purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on sticker orders.

T-Shirt Policy

All T-shirt sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that sizing can vary, and we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are subject to available inventory
• Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the exchange as additional costs for TELOS Counseling, LLC will reduce financial hardship aid funds.

If the requested size is not available, we are unable to offer a refund or alternative compensation.

All proceeds from purchases made through The North Star Project are dedicated to providing financial assistance for individuals who are unable to afford mental health services at TELOS Counseling, LLC. By making a purchase, you are directly contributing to increasing access to care and supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, quantities, or shipping information entered at checkout.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
