An immersive, one-day therapeutic intensive

designed for individuals to:

Rather than a traditional talk-therapy format, this immersive group experience combines structured therapeutic interventions with time to walk and reflect in a wilderness setting.

An approach that naturally activates areas of the brain responsible for deep processing through eye positions that correlate directly with unprocessed experiences and bilateral stimulation achieving deeper healing and regulation of your nervous system.

APPROACH

WHAT TO EXPECT

Movement and Reflection: Participants will walk approx. nine miles over the course of the day at a steady, conversational pace, with regular pauses for therapeutic exercises, reflection, and rest.

Therapeutic Interventions: Structured exercises focused on awareness of thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and values, with opportunities to practice new ways of relating to internal experiences as they arise in real time.

Group Experience: Small group format (maximum of three participants) to allow for depth, safety, and individualized attention while maintaining the benefits of group-based therapy.

Group Integration: The day concludes with a facilitated group debrief that integrates insights from the experience into a cohesive framework participants can carry back into daily life.

Logistics:
Location: State Park - 2hrs outside Nashville (Specific details provided at time of registration)
Duration: All day - approx. 12-13 hours
Environment: Outdoor, public trail (Weather variable; addressed in registration packet)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Participants should be able to walk ten miles over uneven terrain with short breaks

  • This experience may not be appropriate for individuals with medical or physical conditions that limit endurance, balance, or mobility.

*All therapeutic elements of this intensive available in a more accessible space through individual therapy​
